Maybe we could make something work here. Get CS in the news.
@Touring_Rob you ride down the road really fast - ok?
Then, just wait for this bit........AND THEN @Sunglasses_Ron jumps out from behind a Bush, shouts 'ELLO ELLO ELLO ROBERT. COME ERE THEN SONNY JIM'. (Emphasis on the Cockney bit...
Yes, this.
My rant didnt include this bit, as portrayed wonderfully by Range Rover Rob.
Ive never ridden one, but they sound f**king ballistic. Id love one to get to work on - I have a cycle path that I could use every day. But, I just cant hack all the people stopping me asking for a bag.
These things, along with the rental bikes, just give me anxiety. Not only are you spot on - theyre usually only rented by throbbers or pissheads who cba to walk - but if they hit YOU, its YOU who has to make an insurance claim on your own insurance?!
I could be sat there in stationary traffic...
As per, Chichester traffic was abysmal on bankholiday monday so I was redirected through the town center.
Out of nowhere comes one of those Suron (Siron? Suuron? SIRon?) EBike things that youths who sell substances are notorous for using...
Balaclava, manbag...you get the idea. Well, this guy...
I had one of these for a while over lockdown - I used it a lot with Gran Turismo. Like, a LOT.
As far as sim stuff goes, im led to believe its THE one to have as an entry model. Its got force feedback (f**king strong if you ramp it up too!) and its not too bad. I never got to try some of the...
Ive used plenty of the brushes that @imprezaworks has just linked but, honestly, wheel woolies are my go to.
I bought the Turtlewax set a few months back, theyre just some collab between TW and WheelWoolies but are the same thing, and they were half the price they usually are. f**king awesome...
I hadnt even thought about it slipping! You learn something new everyday - like the day I tired to use a cheap adjustable spanner to undo a tight bolt and it just span and fucked the bolt up....yeah, lesson learnt
Ahhhhh. So many mentions of Nuts. Joy.
Yeah, they'll just me for me. I only have some very very basic tools at the moment as I (stupidly) sold my Kirkland multi set box to my dad as he liked it. Im going to be buying the Halfords Advanced stuff in the foam trays as ive got the halfords tool...
what about the halfords advanced ones?
Im pretty new to the tool stuff but for the money, surely you cant go wrong? Ratchet is where its at too.
Youll know better than me though, judging by some of the stuff I see you post!
oh, sorry.....did you think I wasnt going to get the Halfords Advanced set too?......
#csballer
I honestly shouldnt. But, I also should. Ive got my lovely nice Halfords Advanced chest ready to go too......god damn it
LOL
I just saw them and thought 'When im upside down, on my back, drunk, blind, retarded (more than usual) and I cant find the right f**king socket, these f*****s are gonna come in clutch'
Not a power tool as such but I made the terrible error of going on the Wera stand at Festival of Speed.
Anyone else seen the Joker Spanners they do? f**king mind blown. Had to pick up a set...
Adams always seem to get a good write up but I havent used them personally.
I read on detailingworld that the chap who owns the company that make Lustrous is having some poor health. So I gather thats why there is issues stocking it. Shame reallly as Lustrous Plus is the tits!
id go for a proper dedicated water spot remover. It really does melt them away, in my experience. If they wont budge, they could be etched in but lets hope not for the moment.
Im sure your neighbour is just trying to be nice, but yeah, thats a pisser for you!
Yep. I have similar results.
Honestly, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. Luck of the draw.
Ive just chalked it down to Outlook being f**king s**t
Also jumping on the AI Bandwagon: Spotify.
Jumped in the car last night, went to load up some banging tunes and pops up a message about 'AI DJ'.
Its almost creepy. It plays you 3 or 4 songs, then an american DJ bloke starts introducing the next few songs. But it also gives you random bits of...
@SharpyClio Having done a bit of 'detailing' on the side now, im in a position to offer some advice.
I started off doing the same thing as you, but for friends not a bodyshop. I also used to spend nigh on 6 hours, busting my arse, and usually charged a flat rate of £100 too.
But, as I got...
