Eryl I don't think he is saying that gaming is a unhealthy addiction, I think he was simply commenting on people picking the game apart for some graphic issues rather than just enjoying it.
No that one has simply had new decals fitted to it, there are plenty of sticker options available for order online.
While learning the club has hoops that I can bolt onto the underside of the heli to try avoid and nasty learning incidents. I've been told to only fly it at knee height while...
Nice collection of helicopters there :)
I have the RealFlight G3.5 sim for use at home, I'm told it's very good and accurate to the real thing.
My RC club membership will be paid this weekend when I buy the helicopter. The model i'm buying is a Raptor 30, many people have told me this is an...
Carbon blades can wait till a later date and cost close to £50 a set :D
The wooden blades are £15 a set but a model shop owner is a member at the club so they are sold cheaper.
I've researched spare part prices for that model and worst case scenario where I break all that can break it's only £50 to get it fixed. New blades are £7 a set, I'll use wooden blades until I can fly it without worrying about crashing.
I've been offered it secondhand with everything I need...
For only £17.99 I'm not complaining, I actually think it is great value and an excellent game. If others disagree then that is their right.
The G25 combined with a Playseat is a great way to play the game. I've found the cars to be far more controllable when left foot braking combined with the...
I've just tried the F1 car and it is stunning, the replays are gorgeous. Having played this I wish they'd release a full F1 game.
The savegame I tried has 40 cars available and all events complete, likewise I only used it with my US id.
I used the same method to save for the F430 and Viper Coupe :) The F430 is an excellent car and has produced some great powerslide moments.
My F430 got it's arse chewed off by a tuned Elise when I reduced its performance points for the first S class race.
That's right, how sweet a moment that was too :)
The TT's are where the best online challenge can be found for now. We definitely need to start a challenge on here if we can get enough people to participate.
Yes complete A class and you gain access to the quick tuning menu where you can alter various settings for the car. From here you can increase or decrease performance points for each car and enter them into performance rated races in S class or online.
I'm sure we can arrange some time trial competitions to keep us busy until private races become available. You can download the ghost laps of the top times.
I've completed A, B & C classes and the addition of the car tuning menu is excellent. I love the F430 and the Viper Coupe.
It's a random lottery which race you end up in, if we were all to enter the event at the same time then it's possible some of us could race against one another but at the end of each race you'd have to do the same all over again.
With any luck this will be addressed sooner rather than later...
I think you're better playing it and forming your own conclusions. The opinions here are not shared by many others on the internet forums. If anything the negative comments seem to be in the minority.
I think we'll have to agree to disagree Lee :D
Graphically it's better than Forza 2 and with the wheel the car handling it excellent. Online will improve when they release the update to allow private races.
Restart the update and it'll continue from where it failed, the progress bar however will start from the beginning again.
The update makes several changes which will overwrite some of your existing game saves so it's best to get it complete before you begin.
I'll complete the A Class races...
