Does anyone any have pictures of a combined oil level/ oil temp sensor from a valver, as i was told i culd use this for oil temp gauge fitting and it replaces the oil level sensor on the 172. Cheers

Are the combined sensors from a valver the same thread as the 172 ? Where does the oil temp sensor screw into ? Any pics ?

I have ofter wandered about fitting a Oil Temp gauge to my 172ff. But was puzzled on where i'd put the sensor ? I've heard people talk about sandwich plates, but is there nowhere in the engine block the sensor could go into ?

What kind of manifold does a 172ff have if the 182 has a 4-2-1 ? And would a 182 cat fit a 172ff ? Or would it be better off with a decat ?
