did you unscrew the screw on the inside of the door? they just slide off after you undo the screw no need to prising or breaking the clips!

the piece on the door has one screw open the door and it is just on the other side. pop the rubber stopper off unscrew then slide the hole thing towards the back of the car. the other little bit just slides off too towards the front of the car. you may be missing some clips if they are rattling...
