Fuel line pliers work well for releasing the heater hose fittings. Mine were a nightmare as leaked when removed/refitted, i ended up changing the o rings to get a good seal.
No prizes for winning TF laps, moderate pace and keep an eye on mirrors.
Last couple of trips ive really enjoyed the autobahn driving. The trip in your own car is worth it for that alone.
Ring taxi defo worth the money. I went out in the apex m3 a few years ago, forget the drivers name but he could really fcuking pedal and we overtook everything.
Also went out passenger with Marv in the old ringkangoo for a few laps back to back. Really committed and quick, that was a hell of an...
Looks mega that mate! Be like driving a new car i bet.
We seen one with 9k on the clock a couple of years ago, almost bought it for same reasons but seller messed us about.
You are bang on with spares drying up. Seems to be more rs parts available than povo.
From memory temp sensor is direct to ecu and then goes to clocks via canbus.
Do the obd readings change when connecting/disconnecting the sensor? Connector pins good?
Id be tempted to try a good used ecu on it if the connection is good. Sounds like something has gone on the piss.
Updates.
The nortech manifold for the g25 conversion has been a right fcuk on. I was sold it as repaired/good nick and fairly priced to suit. In the back of my head i knew this would need work but always stay positive eh?
Anyway seller royally f***s me about and it arrives 8 weeks later. As...
I managed to find the x98 workshop manual quite easy but i believe you need - Technical Note 3929A, Injection fault finding: DIESEL.
MIght need a renault tech to get it if its the right one.
These are off e3 technical but just shows wiring which you have already checked so prob no help - not...
Just diesel knocky/bit of reek out the back. From reading the literature im sure you only get 3 seconds of heat on these old delphi commonrail unless its something daft like -10 which will give more. Its had one plug 100k ago, only ever failed to start when fuel pressure sensor failed.
Unlike...
Absolultely welcome to have a look at the software mate. If you werent so far away id say pop over. Im hoping i can actually get something fully mapped on ecumaster this year:LOL:
Both of mine have glowplug faults stored. Defo none working on my blue one, fires off no issue -5 temps.
Log fuel pressure when cranking on diagnostics.
it is indeed like a sock - Basalt Thermal Exhaust Pipe Sleeve. Ive ordered it from here a couple of times https://hilltop-products.co.uk/hilbas-basalt-thermal-exhaust-pipe-sleeve-76mm.html?utm_source=google_shopping&srsltid=AfmBOor4nUkLkFSbZ99opPuODvDODYvgYs5JsAL0s6sSCTxnmD_HBsMtmJA

Know exactly where your coming from on different ecu's having quirks of the software.
Ecumaster not too bad but there is differences/quirks to other stuff ive worked on. I can get round my version v2 now and have stuck with it for that reason. V3 is similar but different. Plenty of support though.
PO code means nowt, need df codes really .
At a wild guess lambda is reporting lean mixture and fuel pump is on its last legs, but very hard to say without proper diag
