Should make a difference if tight fit. I know a couple of people who ground the oem bush down making it tighter on the gt turbos for less slogger.

Ive seen a few 250 cups going for similar money recently with less miles. High mileage 250s are starting to go pretty cheap now.

Replace the battery in the fob and check the microswitch is still attatched to the circuit board regarding remote central locking. All doors should lock off the interior button i would check fuses and then go onto wiring. If you have access to clip maybe scan and actuate the door locks to test.

Been looking into this myself. I believe you need the pin code to match the vin number associated with the uch to program the keys with clip. I also hear other programs will do it without too not sure if true or not ?

Managed it with a couple of hours on clip playing about ? Basically recalibrate the multiplex network to set abs and steering angle sensor to missing Then recalibrate the clocks to remove course (Trajectory) control system to turn the esp light off. Job done no more network faults or serv...

You can take the heatsheilds off without any problems usually...you could fit some reflective heat shielding or similar if worried about it. Most motorsport places sell a variety of heat management products.

Coming along great? I need to reconfig the clocks on my kangoo to lose the esp on the 2nd hand ecu/uch i have. Looks pretty simple according to the manual, any tips ? Says batt off, reconfig without turning ign on etc. Do you need to manually input vin on clip ?

Knotted wheel on a grinder will remove factory underseal no bother. Beware its messy and time consuming, wear goggles as a trip to the eye infirmary is not nice (from previous experiences !) I would spot remove underseal where the rust is forming, clean up with knotted wheel, if metal is thin...

Check out the vin number on the current uch lol also case says n3 uch on the cover but scans as n2 ? Feck knows no wonder the rear door is always open. Thanks for reading ?

Update Jc5 129 with speedo sensor collected, get that fitted soon Took it to FCS last weekend, steady drive there and back drives great with new leads on, no hesitation or nowt. As still on knackered gearbox took it steady as 3/4th gear crunch is quite bad now. Late night greasy spoon on A453...

Make sure the header tank does not run low. If the coolant does not really come out give the header tank a blow.

Bleed it on cold engine when not running. I took it all the way out until good stream of coolant came out with no air bubbles.
