when you get a repair, ask if you can get extended warranty. Like I said, I only went in for a new drive, which cost, what, £70?
but because I got the 2-year warranty extension, I'm efectively paying £25 for a YLOD fix. If anything else happens, that'll be safe too.
oh, on an aside, the drive...
PS Pros
Bow, London
do a repair service by mail. £60 including a new cooling fan (quieter but 'cooler')
They'll also do you an extended warranty while you're at ity (2 years, £25).
They did my blu ray drive, and with the warranty they're about to fix my YLOD'd PS3 too, no charge
if you dont get an iPhone then you get booted off of the forum for not being a sheep.
Remember the golden CS rules
Turini's

Fabia splitter
iPhone
was worth a go.
My HP does something similar sometime, do you have seperate volume controls for headphone and speakers? sometimes a fiddle with these does the job
I had Kwik Fit do a full regas on mine, thought the system might be dead. They couldn't get the Climate to register any colder than when it went in, so no charge for a complete drain and refill.
Took it to a specialist for a full diagnostic, they said it wasn't blowing quite as cold as it could...
In fairness, around your neck of the woods (Cheshire) there are must nastier looking vehicles, typically made out of porsches and range rovers. ;)
ALthough, yes, I cannot deny, its an aquired taste, one which I cannot imagine 99% of those on this forum would have

oh, and this video of a "modernised" one, note the Cougar Headlights and Astra taillamps.
try not to notice the drivers-sie of the interior.
Wow, a Twingo / Campus half-breed!
You know, knock a couple of doors off it, bolt on RS bumpers and it'd probably look better than a 200! :)
Sorry to hear your misfortune chap
No need for a stinger, nohing a small accidental spillage of used motor oil wont quickly fix....
although you may want to warn neighbours to stay indoors
Spotted them, but was hoping for something more like a laser pointer. Something you can carry on a keychain almost, the ones on ebay are all a bit too specialised in their application. Thanks though chaps, the hunt goes on
Really!
SOmeone outside of the US actually has one!
It looks like there are few different versions of the front end now, if you got a good one and not in an awful colour I'm sure it'd be alright,
Especially when you build it as part beetle, part 911 Carrera S, part fibreglass.
@Merk...
Why would you want a car that looks nothing like a V6 and gets toasted by 1 litre clios, which, by the time you've bolted on all that Fibreglass, it will?
Also, what would you put in the back where the seats are but the engine should be? A cardboard box with a drawing of a cylinder head?
