anyone found part of my 3rd gear synchro somewhere between donnington and solihul?
;)
/y0z
yeah you left it on my driveway
just buy the gaitor kit from renault for £16-£20, and pay a garage to do it???
its not THAT hard to do
j3ned supplys new parts too, for less money than renault, not just second hand!!! hes a clever boy is our matthew!!
when i say hammer, i really mean tap!!!
just remove the lower collar, wack the threaded tube bit on, and bolt it up, then spin the upper platform all the way down = 80-85mm rear drop
it wont scrub
they will not be cheaper than the Leda kit that Gary is sorting. They are a totally different set up though, so will be more expensive.
the PSS9 kit is again different, uses different damper design, athough some of the springs are the same.
the 172 kit was only a run of 10, Yoz has 1 of...

awwww what about us 172/cup drivers, are you neglecting us ???
nope, were having them made too
yes theyre exclusive to us, you cant buy them from anywhere else
this is realy the top spec you can get, plus the customer has the choice of springs too (Eibach by the way)
Arches are still in, but they have been moddified slightly
no need to measure the rears, remove the lower adjuster completley, and wind the top one ALL the way down so it sits flush against the beam
youll have to hammer the threaded tubes onto the axle, the the bolt and large washer goes on from underneath
ok, ignore what everyone has said
mayo under the cap is 100% normal on a 1.2 16V engine
its due to thr plastic rocker cover and inlet manifold
no need to worry, take it for a 2 hour thrash, and then check!!!!
Tarox arent the best, theyre good, but not THAT good!!!!!! If you want the best pads available, Performance Friction are your only choice, but theyre not cheap!!!!!
lets just say, Fred was 100% envolved in the the development of the setup!!!!!!
Fred is fed up with gayboy 30mm springs!!!!!!!
Yozzasport is the way forward if you want the optimum, but the best costs £££££££
