Not sure about part numbers, all i can suggest is to speak to Magnex themselves and they will sort it out for you, but like you say,,it sits spot on now with no bangs or clatters espeacially when carrying passengers. I am well happy with it now :-)

You could also check out the top off side engine mount, if the rubber is not equal distance inside the square metal surround this too can cause knocking on acceleration and de acceleration, i had this happen on mine.

I have the same problem with mine, like you say it dosn't do it all the time, i find that it only clicks probably 1 out of 5 times the clutch pedal is released. I had mine in at Reno to have it checked out and they said it was ok, so i am seeing how it goes.

Each plug has its own coil pencil (coil pack) these are the units on top of the spark plugs themselves, that is what the small retaininging bolt undos, as fred says, these are a common failiure on Renos
