oh yea the one at FOS was fooked dented and the buttons on the dash had been pulled off and fag lighter stolen gear nob etc......
sounds like you insurance company found the cheapest car they could to replace your old one maybe damaged in transit! take phone renault cs and let them know you want to reject the veichle they will phone the dealer in advance!
its a common fault on 99% of them! brake fluid resivior covered in oil is a distint sign!
its not just the rocker cover the leak is from around the cam cover!
Mine goes in on the 25th of july for oil leak and 2nd attmpt to align the engine mount then it will be 100% again!

I had my first service last month (only done 300m since) and last night I thought I would check the oil level.....

Im a little confused.... when you talk about the engine mount you say the black bits were replaced??? i.e the rubber? the engine mount is only the black surround is it not? the rubber blocks bungs call them what you will are not a componant part of the mount? so I doubt they will be changed... I...

I find the optimum gear change point to be b4 the light comes on anyway.... after the power kicks in just after 5 to 6.5k it starts to die off you might aswell change no? IMHO
sure its the rev limiter not the esp? if you are going round a corner it sometimes feels like a rev limiter but its just the esp! assuming you have esp?? some might say "is it warmed up" but I am not sure the ecu/computer can take the engine/oil temp into consideration!
