its not advisable putting 60mm springs on standard shocks doesnt do them any good at all. thats why id recommend coilovers cost a bit more but at least its done properley.

if your dropping it recommend getting coilovers and doing it properley instead of chopping springs etc. as for engine mods if your going to attempt to make your 1.2 keep up with a 172 good luck. your gonna need a hell of a lot more than forced air induction to produce another 100bhp at least.

my wee clio is still sittin around the bodyshop so dug up some new taillights for it. now the taillights are for the mk 2 phase 2/3 but you gotta sort the wires out yourself. does anyone have a wiring diagram for the connector block in the brake lights? thanks

personally dont see the point: changed from 14" steelies to 17" polished stainless steel wheels, insurance dont know about them, been stopped by traffic police plenty of times never been asked once about why the wheels havent been declared. worst comes to worst change them if i smash it:

i put 17" lenso's on my 1.2 authentique, and by some of the pictures i have it really is a 4x4. as said before the car sat so high it was unreal. just had it lowered 35mm all round the back now rubs but the front still sits too high for my liking. kenny

hmmm skyline rear? how nice you think the skyline clusters would be on the clio? i was thinking of completely smoothing over the tailgate including clusters and putting the clusters at the back window? kenny

not got any pics as of yet. but yeah wasnt cheap had to get the bumper made to fit same with the bonnet and the head lights had to have mounts made to fit. making a massive difference to the front end. sure there wont be many clios with an evo 8 front end on it cost just over a £1000 to do the...

hi, the clio is away to the bodyshop at the moment. its taking on a evo 8 front bumper headlights and bonnet all cut to fit of course:D just wondering tho i want to do something different with the tailgate and was looking at the corsa badboy tailgate but obv doesnt fit my clio, is there one...

the kit is a bit weird seen it on a clio the other day looks sweet. only reason the cars not been lowered yet is cos the kits not on, i dont wanna drop it and find the kit takes a hit every time i go over a bump once it goes on it will be taken off the stilts :D kenny
