The problem is we never got a say in the taking over, it just happened. They sent out flyers and promised so much - better this, better that etc. All a pile of crap as we now now!
Time to vote with our feet. Trouble is, to go to BT from cable will require a new line which costs £130 to start...
The top 3% is rubbish as my speed drops to a crawl between about 1600 and 2100, no matter what I download. Apparently, I was told when Virgin took over Telewest and Ntl, their system could not cope with the extra demand and that's why we get lower speeds. I am on 4Mb and sometimes it takes up to...
Have the same camera! Right. Turn the camera on. Press the play button (to show your pictures). Press the menu button. Press the right hand part of the select ring and you will get a selection called "Copy to card". Press the down part of this select ring until the word Yes is highlighted. Press...
Just make sure it is the free one. The firm tend to steer you towards the professional one which costs.
It's good, had it about two years and never had a problem. As good as most of the paid ones. 43 million downloads can't be bad!
Rubbish! Back up your claim then, remembering everyone's experience is going to be different. Had this since it first came out and would never go back to XP. Many more peripherials are now about with Vista support so go for it.
Hi mate. Hope you're right. Paypal can be ruthless when they want to. I know it seems so unfair when you are the person who has been scammed. Surprised the Q&A board didn't offer some advice.
Be interested in how you get on. Been a seller/buyer for a few years now on there and fortunately have...
But if Paypal freeze your account, you won't be able to get at that money anyway. For goodness sake, get some advice like I suggested. Pulling the blanket over your head will not make this go away!
Yes, you are the victim but someone might have been there before and can offer advice. If you do...
By the way, you cannot "quickly" transfer it back to your bank account - it takes at least five days and in the meantime, Paypal will freeze your account so you can't do it anyway.
Ring Paypal 08707 307 191 (8am to 10pm) and do it the correct way.
No it's not that easy! Paypal employ bailiffs who will pursue you to the end. They still have your details, address, bank details, etc do you really think they will give up that easy.
As I said before, spend a few minutes on Ebay's Q&A forum and ask the question. At least you will get the right...
Go to the Ebay Q&A boards http://forums.ebay.co.uk/forum.jspa?forumID=7 and ask them the question. They are very good, and quick and the advice is normally good. People's opinions are sometimes not the way to go.
They will ship up to 5 so they told me as I use them for all sorts of things. Their return policy is excellent also. Up to 21 days, I think, even if you just change your mind. A good product and a good company.
Got one when they first came out and use it for email and web surfing. Although the text is small it's readable as you can make it full screen.
Connected to my router with no problems. As you say, it's ideal for when you don't want to get out the laptop.
Expansys have sold thousands of these at...
Surely if Royal Mail had the item, then after a period of time, they return it to the sender. So why didn't you get it back? And was it sent Special Delivery? That has tracking and signature so surely you must claim off the Post Office?
An excellent site for all types of speed camera is http://www.pocketgpsworld.com
Although it costs £19 a year, there are monthly updates and are much more up to date than any that TomTom or Navman put out. They also have about 100,000 POI's. Have a look at the site, it's really worth it.
I've had most of the TomToms and the Garmin Nuvi 660 and have returned to a Garmin Nuvi 360T with the free traffic module. Can't fault it, to be honest. Trouble with asking people what they think, you'll get loads of opinions, all saying different things.
Have a trundle to Halfords or PC World...
I have an N95 and it works with Vista but you need the very latest version of PC Suite. Previous ones do not support Vista. It should come up with "connect with PC Suite, connect as a hard drive etc" on plugging the USB lead in.
And Vista is much better than XP. I've had it for 5 months and love it.
Which windows version are you using? (if it's Windows XP)
go into start/settings/control panel
then click(or double click) Regional and Language options icon
change all options to English (United Kingdom)
