iv got a cup at the mo, completely standard n she goes to 110 in 4th n gets to 125-130 ish in 5th with no probs, struggles after 130. but on my own with 1/4 of a tank of fuel iv had a road angel verified 142mph on a flat. a long flat at that though mate:D was goin so quick the shift light came...
if you got a smaller tyre profile on the front to the bac jus swap em over mate, c if it makes any difference! when you get your arches rolled it generally means they roll up the metal, thus creating a larger arch. rather difficult to do though as it often causes imperfections in the metal...
very difficult to fit the sheeting to the curvature of the inserts, plus mite affect fitting. if you can pull it off though im sure it will look sweet. you can always get some new inserts off T-bay if it goes pete tong!:)

oh 172 cups gotta be much faster standard than the ff's.:rasp: not raced a 172 ff, as yet but mates got a 182 with cup pack n i quite easily went passed him, on an empty carraige way, from standin start. so fair race. could be down to driver comparisons tho:S
I had aircon in my mk4 golf, only ever used it in traffic jams when red hot. windin the window down whilst drivin has the same effect! who needs it? ppl who cant stand the heat when a cup is on thre ar*se. lol
