Been offered £5000 for my wife's Clio 182. 54-reg, 62k in black with cup pack. Should I take it or should I hold out for more?

I have put our 182 up for sale. 54 plate with 62k in black. I've put it up at £5650 but had very little interest. Have I priced it too cheaply? Will people assume there is something wrong with it?

One or both of the rear heatshields on our 182 are rattling. Just so I am describing them correctly, they are the heatshields above the back boxes of the exhaust. I have had a look at them and they are loose and can be moved up and down. This creates a rattle when driving and going over speed...

Has anyone else experience this? I have looked under the back of our new (to us anyway) Clio 182 and the heatshield on the rear offside of the car is quite loose. It can be moved up and down and is knocking when going over bumps, etc. Would this be fixed under warranty?
