yeah agree with you G4Z, not the nicest of wheels, and they are uber heavy, but will look nicer than my standard wheels imo, and will do till i can find a set of 4 space savers to get banded :approve:
I have an old set of OZ alloys at home that i began to referb many moons ago.
i'm thinking of finishing them off, and sticking them on my mk3, till i can get the wheels i want.
What are they called though:

How is the comfort of the ride affected by fitting coilovers on a mk3?
I really want to get a set of coilovers for my mk3, but its the daily/family car, so is used to transport the little one around ( 5 days old now :o) and dont want to make it too uncomfortable for her to be in.
are the JDM S14 seats built better than the S13 ones, my std ones had the gangster lean :rolleyes:
mines now a track car (or will be when its finished) so i can bypass the comfort :approve:
If your going to strip the sound deadning off the inside DONT use a heat gun. You will be there for ages and make a hell of a mess,
Alot of it will come off with a bit of gentle persuasion from a hammer and chisle on its own (use the chisle upside-down so it doesn't dig into the metal)

Just got home from a drive after leaving the hospital for the night,
and was pleasantly supprised by the pace of the car.
Its the first time i've been able to give it a decent go, and was expecting to be a little dissapointed after previously driving a 1.9Tdi VW...
Joined a couple of years ago when i was helping a mate out with his car, so needed a read.
But now have my own clio.
Got a mk3 Clio 1.2 turbo 5 door as i needed a family freindly car i could still have fun with, due to my first little'n being born on thursday :D
