ive had a quote with privilage 794 best i could find but there is one draw back when i enterd my reg it came up as a 172 not a cup what do you think?

i think my car has had a bump before i owned it. my drivers side bump strip is lacquered but the passengers side ain't? [so it has a good side and a bad side lol] what do you guys think? how much would it cost to lacquer a bump strip?
