bump in the past

i think my car has had a bump before i owned it. my drivers side bump strip is lacquered but the passengers side ain't? [so it has a good side and a bad side lol] what do you guys think? how much would it cost to lacquer a bump strip?

get a can from halfrauds! scotch it up 1st with a degreaser dry it off then laquer ,easy as
