the kevlar is a golden colour, looks good but is a pig to work with as its so tough..
i could really do with a guinea pig for some of these new materials, would be at cost of course, so if your interested let me know...
theres a...
its cool nick, no need to pm as i have always been up front about the prices.. obviously we need your bits in advance)
all prices delivered and with a money back guarantee (theres plenty who will vouch for my honesty)
carbon diamonds £50 the pair (or £28 each)
carbon dash strips £65 the pair...
lol.. just to put bry straight on this, its NOT carbon fabric, its a polyester fabric that has been woven to look sililar to carbon simply because the same weave pattern is used (2x2 twill)..
like james said, carbon is black (although it can be woven with other materials as well... and it can...
iain, your not accepting pms, maybe your inbox is full, can you check please
ok ricky, my solution isnt the best, easiest or probably cheapest, but it is an option if nothing else is available..

it depends how badly split they are, so long as most of the rubber is still there I can fix them, however, when you fit them back on they may not fit perfectly back in place...
pm me if you wanna give it a go, personally if k-tec or stremline do replacements then I'd go down that route, but...
from me getting the donor parts it usually about 10-14 days til they are returned, altho if a lot of silicon has been used on the part this can be a little bit longer, as it can cause issues...

Tony
the diamonds just fit back on as a stock part would usually, the carbon adds 2-3mm to the overall thickness of any part covered, but this isnt usually a problem.. with tonys rear diamond there was one small lug that i accidentally carbonned, but one he had realised what the problem was it was a...
hi, sorry, too big for me mate unfortunately as the resin i use needs to be cured at a higher temperature, for this reason i cure all my stuff in a hotbox, but a splitter wouldnt fit in lol

hi all, as Tony will testify, I offer a FULL money back guarantee on everything I do...
the prices (in my opinion) are VERY fair for the amount of work involved, and I can offer them in carbon (like Tonys) or in the same weave pattern but silver... also can offer matt finish, polished finish...
as above really, happy to do them if anyone wants, doing a full set for someone as we speak.. 100% money back guarantee as well... just pm me if interested..
all the best
Tony
lookin good lou... the splitter really does tie everything in...
as for the fit of the fog surrounds, its IDENTICAL to its original fit as all I did was cover the original surrounds... like lou said, she perhaps didnt push them on far enough..
the surrounds are £45 delivered carson...
all...
£40 for all 4 pieces is very cheap, I couldnt do it for that price for sure..
I've been doing these now for about a year and they do (in my opinion) enhance the interior look of the car..
good luck with these
Tony
no more work done on these guys, sorry, but there WAS someone else doing carbon ones i saw, plus a lad doing fibre glass ones...
i can fix/cover original knackered ones (so long as they aint too bad) but thats about it for now..
all the best
Tony
its just the reflection of the light I think.. they werent scratched at all when Lou got them and I'm fairly certain they wont be now... they simply clip straight back on so dont see any need to be put under pressure in any way to get scratched..
all the best
Tony
to be honest i could do these matt, i do stuff in a matt finish for the focus boys to match the RS stock carbon finish...
i dont laquer the bits by the way, they have a polished resin finish...

Tony
odd, i replied to this last night and it seems to have gone...
anyway, what i said was I havent carboned any clio wing mirrors yet but if you can get the covers off I will have a go.. as I dont know how much work is involved I'd just want a nominal figure of say £40 to cover costs etc..
let...
hi, i do the diamonds but DO agree they do lose their shape a little... this cant be helped due to the nature of how i cover them unfortunately...
although they do look a lot better if the rear housing is coloured silver or white, makes a big difference..
Tony

agree about the diamond, my fault really, but the ridge between the 2 halves so to speak would be impossible to get sharp using the method i do.. sorry lou...
also, it may be worth while actually spraying the backplate, I did one for a guy on here, sprayed the backplate silver and then put the...
