The new one seems to have the same tendency (works 100%), which is a shame but just glad the speaker now works, which annoyed me more then the selector.
It was done at Malton. Yes it is the wrong colour but at least its more unique atm (unfortunately when i picked the car up i had more serious things going on). Is going away for the winter after the national v6 meet, and coming back next year sporting the correct shade of yellow, kw suspension...
Anyone who saw it on sunday would agree. Its not easy to get the paint looking that 'wet', especially with Lunar. What products do you actually use to get it looking like that? For me its quite easy, AG super resin polish, AG HD wax then poor boys sealant- but i still want more wow factor.
BTW what custom set up did you put it on to make it looked jacked up, the standard springs sit it lower then that. (if thats false then i don't have standard springs).
I'll beat that, see what they charge for a V6, thats if the dealer even knows it exists! £1500 was about average for my local dealers, and between them they had 0hrs experience working on them.
In the space of 20 mins spotted 3 different 172 cups (yesterday ~ 2pm)- gotta say was the first day i felt like a show off, hot day, windows down, matching colour oakleys [:$], exhaust popping.
Yes that will be mine, although see won't be looking her best till the end of september.
As for the worst MPG i have had, it was around 22MPG during winter while LY300 was being de iced
Quick, i've had my vee up to over 30MPG, there were some sick looking 200 owners when i let that gem slip.
Don't get me wrong the vee is either addictive or you hate it. It also separates a owner from there money quicker then it can empty its fuel tank!
Its really not that expensive, i have ran my vee over the last 11 months and put on 12500 miles, the only real expense was the 5 yr service. If ever you've owned a 197 you won't notice the difference in fuel costs, my vee for the last 2500miles has ran at 26.7MPG.
I gotta say looch you beat me for shopping bag capacity, i have only ever managed 9! One thing i learnt the hard way was to never put ice cream in the bonnet tray, especially when there are 20 miles of quality b-roads between you and home.
