My 182's accelerator pedal has started sticking when I use the 'kick-down' switch. So when I change gear, I'm bouncing off the revs because the gas pedal is still on the floor! After a few seconds the pedal does suddenly release but still! Free fix from Renault surely???

My 182 did something similar to this except it would blow the fuse when the bulb went out. Turned out to be the ballast. ~£40 off here, £1xx from Renault.

My external temp sensor is producing some weird readings. Is it only used for the dash display? If so I won't bother trying to fix it.

It's most likely the rheostat. A common fault apparently.

I didn't take the dash off for mine either. Grills twist off and you can prise the old tweeters out easily.

I'm sorry but that looks awful mate. lol

Depends how small your hands are I guess. Drivers side will definitely cut your hands though...

You can change the bulb without removing the bumper. Not the ballast though.

If you do get one off ebay make sure it's colour temperature is 4300k otherwise they wont match.

I thought my bulb went recently so I purchased a new one but it turned out to be the ballast. £170 odd from Renault, £45 on here.

A low pass filter only outputs frequencies below the set level. A high pass filter only outputs frequencies above the set level.

The tweeters in the Rainbow SLX230 Deluxe set fit perfectly. And to amp them, I cut into my connects2 stalk control adapter so both the car and headunit looms remained intact.

I didn't bother wiring new speaker wires to the door. Too much effort. My tweeters are where the old ones were. Twists the grills off and prise the tweeters out and your new ones will fit there nicely.

I've got the Rockford Fosgate P3L-S10. Sounds awesome. Throws out 300 watts RMS. There's a 12" version too but it's a lot wider.

There really is no need to remove the dash. Way OTT. I've just fitted a set of rainbow components in my 182. The old tweeters prise off really easy. The new ones can just sit in their place in you can run new cable down the dash to a crossover.
