it dont have to fit the box exact just be near enough the same size as i can put a plate in between which bolts to the block and then to the box the flywheel of a valver will fit so thats a start and the starter is in the same place just need rough measurements of engine bay and gearbox width...

can anyone out there give me the measurement from the g/box bellhousing/block to the o/s inner wing ie how long an engine can be to go on original box and not foul the inner wing also if anyone has a old valver/willy g/box hanging about could i have the bolt measurements ie the distance...

ill take on a valver in my sri ,its also an 8 valve only has a k&n 57i and remus back box, 93 on a k done 150000 miles , only other mod is the gearbox, sri ratios are too short for the 8 valve lump so put a cdi gearbox in it . as the power is up on an sri compared to the cdi it pulls it superb...

6 trips in 3 days on the m25 has now given me a black 172 even the zenons are having trouble seeing through the dirt
