I haven't used Kies a lot, mainly using the phone as an external drive and dragging stuff across.
Yeah, the exact same for any file really. I've got a few HD videos now and a fair bit of music. I use poweramp for my music, I find it better than the stock player, also moboplayer for videos, two...
I'm pretty sure Kies can transfer over wifi, but I've only ever used the usb cable as it'll be a lot quicker. If you can use the cable then go for that, the phone basically acts like a usb stick. I just copy all my music and put it in a folder on the phone, there is a media folder already on the...
Yeah, I'm pretty sure all it took was for me to put in my googlemail account on the phone and it sync'd all my contacts, can't remember actually doing anything else. There is an option to link everyone to their facebook profiles as well, so it's the profile pic that comes up when they phone etc...
It's a crappy software that samsung use for the likes of facebook etc. It constantly wants to update everything, so destroys the battery.
Is it an android phone you're on just now? If so all your contacts should be stored on your googlemail (gmail) account, so once you start using the galaxy S...
After the latest update I'm now getting decent battery life, moderate use will see me going a day without charging. When you get the phone though get rid of the samsung apps, especially the social one, it drains the battery and is just generally crap.
It still has a high quality build, no squeeks or rattles, feels well put together. As above it is merely to create a thin, lightweight phone. It doesn't match the iPhone or other high end smartphones for build quality, but wouldn't say it's poor.
The screen is fantastic, new generation of super amoled display is stunning.
Engadget's review is really good, gives you an idea of just how good this phone is.

It isn't too bad, definitely not up there with other phones for the quality of the handset, but far from poor. I've came from an Omnia 7, which had an all metal body and felt like a high quality phone, so in comparison it doesn't match that. But it still looks good, lightweight and amazingly...
I've recently got the S2. It's pretty much the best phone I've used and going by the reviews it's definitely the one to beat. The arc is of course the better looking out of the two and will still be fast enough, but the capabilities of the galaxy won me over.
Excellent game! Love trying to get the new combo's, will definitely try and get to the stage of the moves in that video. Breakdance skill shot ftw!
Also on PC here, as I'm not bent :)
I had a de-cat on my 182 (With the standard exhaust). I didn't mind the noise, was quite nice at times. Ultimately I went back to a standard cat. Don't know what it'll be like on a 172, especially as that one has a silencer, so maybe not too different from a cat. You'll need to remember that it...
Mass Effect 2 is pretty much my favourite game, loved the first and then this one. Can't wait for the third. I spent roughly 25 hours on the second, could have stretched it out further with more side quests/DLC etc.
The new CryEngine looks brilliant, but also a lot more optimised than 2, so while looking better it should be less of a system hog.
Crysis 2 demo is great fun, looks fantastic and hasn't been quite as demanding as the first. The first being a game that I finally went and upgraded to i7 and a...

As Tom mentioned. Looking at getting this to replace mine. Can always get the 5.1 upgrade as well if 2 speakers aren't enough. For me 2.1 is a much better solution.
I'd suggest getting your insurance sorted before any mods mate, if you're having difficult getting cheapish quotes just now, then modding isn't going to help.
It does look like a nice example, minus the wheels! I'd get them changed over, not my cup of tea. Plus they look massive.
Also, give up...
It's a 1.2 he's trying to insure for £3500 :rasp: Wonder what it'd be for a sport.
Anyway, there's bound to be companies that can give you a better quote, phone around and play them off each other.
Then you're mental! But hey, it's your money.
It will be your policy, but add your parents as named drivers. This will bring the price down, only means they are insured to drive your car but it's YOUR policy.
Also, stay away from comparison sites. I've always had excellent quotes from...
F*** paying £3500 to insure a clio. I'll join revels I think, £20 can buy a lot of beans to throw at you.
Why the hell not add your parents to the policy? Even if you don't like them, they'll save you a bit of money, they don't even have to look at the car!
The 305 is a cracking headunit and remains the best I've used for iPod control, although pricey, the colour display is a must over the others. I've now got the kenwood headunit above, albeit without the display. It's also very good and has similar iPod control to the 305, but I do feel the...
First two are easily my favourite games out there. Think I completed the first one within a couple of days, just couldn't stop!
Vanguard FTW, normally I go with the soldier class on most games, but biotic/combat is awesome, using lift on an enemy then firing them full of bullets :D
Anyway...
I got a profile 2 for £45 I think it was and a profile 4 for £80. Sold the 4 on though, only needed to power the comps. Great amp, especially for that price.
Definitely invest in some sound deadening. I went with silent coat from car audio direct, cheaper than the rest and did a great job. I'd also look on ebay for things like an amp, I managed to pick up a Genesis amp for £50, powered my Genesis components perfectly.
So something like...
