It was only a sell out because they don't sell many tickets! Luffield A and pitstraight grandstands were open but not even 10% occupancy... If you're good with a camera its a great time to go because you can move yourself around the circuit for different shots with relative ease.

Testing hasn't been as good since they introduced the one car per team rule... There were cars out on track most of the day with a few stopped session periods towards the end of the day. Thing is, and bear in mind I would class myself as a big F1 fan, watching cars testing just isn't...
