the guy c*cked the timing belt up good and proper,i took it to renault cardiff (good service),the guy just changed the belt and not the pulley as he said he was going to do, they told me that after a while the belt teeth would have worn and snapped,the belt has to be changed as a kit they also...

i"m in south wales i give him the car at 9am and had it back at 4pm,i only went to him as he was recommended,i have always gone to the dealer,now the warranty has run out i thought i would try somewhere cheaper.i need to use the car up until friday,will it do any permanent damage if the timing...

didnt change the water pump,but he changed all the pulleys.not sure if the parts were genuine.the guy who changed it is supposed to be sh*thot,i havegot to take it back friday for a pre mot check,any body know how much it costs at a dealers to change.

i had my cambelt changed today with 67k on the clock,i had it done in a back street garage,the car now sounds like a tank although it is running fine,i checked earlier and i cannot see a cambelt cover does anybody know if there"s supposed to be a cover?

does anybody know how to take off the centre console where the clock and radio station info is sitting,the clock now has a dark background and the radio station a lot lighter i am wondering if a lamp has gone behind and needs replacingits an 04 model. thanks.

i have just fitted rear mdflaps to my 04 clio,i have been trying to fit the front mudflaps but i cant get the large screw? out it looks as if it is a push in type of screw? any ideas how i get it out? before i get a hacksaw to it.

i have bought some reno 15" alloys and i was wondering if i could put my 14" tyres on the alloys?i would say no but somebody may know different.also if i have a puncture could i put my spare 14" on the car with the 15" alloys just to get me home or would i be better off buying a spare 15" steel...

recieved my clio dci 80 yesterday and it"s a 2004 model:D . only problem is just short of a 1000 miles running in.

yes you have to pay labour just checked on my 36000 service the total cost was £169,£74 labour booked under major service.

i was looking at an import the other week brand new but when i asked about the warranty it was only 1year,so i opted to buy from a dealer,you get the standard 1 year with a reno dealer but if you have the car serviced with the dealer the warranty will go into 3 years.
