Saw a awesome Clio v6 on Sunday in Wisbech, near the college, was in my van driving the other direction, sadly my girlfriend didn't really fully appreciate what a epic and quite rare sight one is.......philistine lol
I've seen few clios on ebay stating the color as Gordini blue, is this a Renault color or is it just racing blue and they are wrong calling it that?. both look the same to me.
What did you use on the lights, I had a Celica with faded lamps and used a deglasing paste and come up good as new. tried the same on my cup and hardly made a difference :(
Ive used Holtz brake cleaner on paint before, didn't done anything bad. use a test patch 1st thou just to be safe. you can get a product called sticky stuff remover, I found this to work ok. I wouldn't used thinners or anything too harsh.
here here lol! I agree with the damper/ shock absorber terminology. I'm a MOT tester and even on the computer it (wrongly) refers to "leaking shock absorbers" .I find it quite irritating. I cant help you with the spring rates I'm sure the manufacture website must have it somewhere buddy
My mates bringing forza around tomorrow with his wheel, I've never played it or F1. I'm a massive gt5 fan but I do find the AI for the other cars not brilliant. with the rolling starts it almost feels like a time trial. Like the pole car is at a set point and you have to get a average lap time...
I think its stupid suggesting that 90% of forum members could make such a error mate. dont troll what I say. I'm sorry you spent all Saturday painting your calipers and not everyone thinks its cool lol

Thanks muchly for the info mate.If you look above your post my print out is just the same,Like the font and general style.I'll have a look at it tomorrow. I'll try and scan it in. I'm pretty sure I only have the at the wheels print out.

I havent had a chance to look at our timing belt book yet, but if there is a conflict of info regards to tourque settings, I think its a case of might is right lol.
Is yours a genuine autodata CD?. I work at a Franchised dealer and they charged the company about £400 a year for that, and when...
Im not a master tech, but I wont be put off just because its french Im suprised a mechanic would admit defeat like that lol. I like a challenge. Ive done timing chains and belt replacments on all the vauxhall units, The only thing that would put me off is if the price of all the tools actually...
