Hi All
I have unfortunately suffered the same fate as many on here and have discovered that my driver side foot well, under the drivers seat and towards the rear of the drivers side are soaked. I guess with this glorious weather we have had recently it has made the situation a little worse...
Took my new PB 182 out for some pics this morning in the rain. Its such a hard colour to photograph. Hopefully the sun will make an appearance later so can show off the rainbow of colour the car has.
The car was in need of a wash after the past month or so with all of the crappy weather, Managed to give it a quick wash & wax before the rain and hail started again!! Just a few quick photos.
Before:
As soon as i washed it the rain and hail started again so not many photos but...

My MK2 sunroof is leaking (electric ) its leaking around the drain pipe for the sunroof but not leaking from the drain pipe, i have tried putting silicone around it but it hasn't worked. the water is running down the A pillar and then into the drivers footwell,

Hi,
Tried taking off the scuttle panel below the windscreen and it's full to the brim with water, am hoping to clear the drains and watch it flood away down the drive!
My only two problems are, how do you remove the wiper arms? No sign of any nuts or bolts or anything and it's left me...
With all this rain everytime I brake for the first few times I get a wave of water down the windscreen and can hear it sloshing around above my head. It's a panoramic electric roof and so far.... Not leaking. So where are the drain holes and how do I unblock them.
Cheers.
Jonny

Hi gang,
I thought i would drop a bit of info in here that i hope will help some of you with poor performing auto wipers.
Mine have been utterly tripe since the minute i tool ownership of the car.
After a bit of searching, I found a product called Sensor Tack Ready Plus from a company called...
Am I right in assuming if I jack the passenger side right up in the air then when I remove the passenger side driveshaft it wont leak out?
Might be attempting to change the passenger driveshaft tomorrow that's all and haven't got that much time to do the job.
Any help/tips greatly appreciated...
I'm fitting carbonne Lorraine pads to the clio but there seems to be a lot of play when fitting them into the caliper almost 5mm all round . Am I missing something or are they suppose to be like this?
As above, spotted today at Westbury station, parked next to my BG 182, proper confused me when I walked back to the car park to see two 182s next to each other!
I wrote the forum url on the back of my parking ticket & tucked it under their wiper so maybe they've come and had a browse!
Just bought a set for my 182 after seeing great feedback from the Rainsport 2's on the forum and reading the review of them here: http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Article/Uniroyal-Rainsport-3-Launched.htm
£320 fitted, too smooth to comment yet but has anyone else got them?! If so what do you think...
Might be a bit of a silly question but.
When it's absolutely pissing down with rain, and your driving along. Surely some water reaches in the grill and soaks the ITB filter..
What stops it getting soaked and then water getting into the engine?
It obviously isn't a big deal otherwise I would...
Had a good search on here about all season tyres, can't find a great deal so I am asking the question: Has anyone run an all season tyre? Most of the reviews say they aren't as good as a dedicated snow tyre but these Uniroyals get a good review, looking to buy them so we can get off our estate...
Hey guys
Ive had my car 2-3 months and since the weather has changed and it rains most days my clio is struggling to start.
It normally takes 5/6 attempts to get it started after a downfall of rain. I normally sit in the car revving the engine for a minute or two to make sure it doesnt...
I run R888s when dry and have only had a chance to use them in very very slightly damp conditions once.
But on my second set of wheels I want a tyre which I can rely on in wet/rain.
I know R888s work in the wet too but wasn't sure how much I could push them this weekend at the 'Ring and...
Just fitted uniroyal rainsport 2's after reading the really good reviews they get on this forum.
Just been out to try them and my clio feels s**t the car wobbles at high speed bumps and when you corner the car just drops down and feels so sloppy :( the sidewalls must be so soft.
The car just...
it would appear theres water collecting in my passenger footwell and wondered if there could be a blocked drainhole in the bulkhead as there seems to be a little damp behind the glovebox . all help would be appriciated
My 172 has started idling all over the place to the point that it cuts out.
It will idle for a minute or so between 1000-1200 Rpm then it will drop to 800ish rpm then the revs will plummet to nothing on the rev counter, but the engine keeps hanging on for about 20-30 seconds then cuts out...

Hi I've had this problem for a while now.
ATM I disconnect the negative overnight and reconnect in the morning to get round the problem, car starts and runs fine.
My alternator is fine I've been told and I've just had a new battery so that also is fine.
But if I leave the car overnight with...
