In roughly 5bn years, the sun will have exhausted its supply of hydrogen and will expand massively to become a red giant. Several billion years after that, it will reach its terminal phase, dispel its outer layers and become planet sized ember, cooling slowly. Fast forward another 5bn years and our galaxy will merge with Andromeda before we head into 'deep time'. Over the next 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000yrs, we'll pass through the degenerate era as all the stars die, leaving us with nothing other than black holes and remnant ejected from their parent galaxies. Jump ahead by another x1000 or so and even protons will start to decay before we enter the long black-hole era between 10^36 and 10^100 years. During this period all is consumed in black holes, and the black holes themselves evaporate, bringing us to the eventual heat death of the universe.

There will be one singular day, upon which the final black hole burps out of existence, leaving nothing but low energy photons bouncing around an empty universe, and on that day, at 4pm, they'll finally let us know where CSF is going to be held.

Is that a Tuesday or a Wednesday?

This took a lot of work to make it happen.

We are still working on a few small details but it’s all booked with Cadwell and we will have the booking site up and running very soon.

The format for the track side of things will be a bit different to what we are used to at Anglesey but please understand that Cadwell is a LOT more expensive than Anglesey but I’m sure you’re all going to be happy with what’s on offer.

@Brian and I went up for a site visit on Saturday and Sunday and I really thought we were going to get busted when we walked init the paddock and there was a silver Clio with CSF24 and 25 stickers on the side window 🤦‍♂️😂 Luckily nobody recognised either of us and didn’t see Brian’s car in the visitor car park.

For those that haven’t been to Cadwell there are some things that they don’t have that we kind of ended up taking for granted at Anglesey.

The big one is no garages. However the paddock is enormous.

Theres no electricity hook ups and no public WiFi. But the mobile phone signal is very good.

The camping area is also massive and there will a quiet camping area set aside for those that don’t want to kept awake by our friends from north of the border…

Please feel free to ask any questions.
