01 dynamique - Track Rod End or Wheel bearing? With video

Get under it and look?

Very helpful ^ . If its TRE you should be able to see movement in the rubber bit as you wobble it. Hard to tell which direction its moving from the videom

Well your never going to see what he problem is if your not looking in the right area. Going by the direction of movement, it's probably the track rod end.
