1.2 16v MOT + Service NW RECOMMENDATIONS!

Hello people!

My 1.2 is due for its MOT soon and its due for a Full Service too so i'd like to know if anyone has any recommendations for local garages to get both done at the same time.

I live in Oldham, Greater Manchester so anywhere around that area would really be ideal. I've already got a pretty good price imo of around £185 from both Kwik-Fit and Nationwide Autocentre (Halfords) but i've never taken my car to these places before! The garage I usually use has now closed down.

I got my MOT done in the garage opposite the Manchester Royal Infirmary (upper brook street). TBH they were quick and it passed no questions asked!

what exactly is needed for a 36,000,mile service then? i thought the check-list in the link above was fairly typical for a 'full service'

how old is it? in years, not milage, belt is due at 5years old
