there is my answer, panel filter it is. i read on here earlier that someone else fitted one and it felt more nippy.

not bothered about noise tbh

yes. but the noise is so worth it lol. actually without a remap a decat will lose performance. best performnace mod i done that made a big difference was a k tec exhaust system. very noticable gains.

on my old 1.2 exhaust did make a difference, alot more noticable when i put the standard exhaust back on but it def pulled better with a cat-back

mine pulled well with pannel filter, cat back and decat but in all honesty it wasnt a million miles better than it was standard, nothing like the gain you get on a 172 with they mods obviously but worth while doing all 3, one on its own though wouldnt bother
