1*2 Cup to FF rear bench

I've bought a FF rear bench for my cup and it arrived split for postage.

Am I right in thinking that the two hinges (see photo) at the bottom of each part if the seat upright overlap one another and then bolt together?

Yepp that's right, should be two little bolts

Magic thanks, you wouldn't know the nut size would you? It didn't come with these.
