1.4 airfilter on a 1.2

will this work because i've found a lush airfilter but its for the 1.4 clio but i have a 1.2 clio ... i really really want it but dont want to f**k up my engine! will having a 1.4 airfilter damage my engine? also will it fit on the car?

the cone filter its self will be fine and wont do any damage lol

you will need an adaptor plate depending on the year of your car though to fit it.

just noticed it needs an adapter plate to make it fit (not an issue) just need to be sure i wont damage my engine

you wont be able to fit that to a 1.2 even with an adaptor plate lol

go ktec or find a k&n for 1.2 mate

because the throttle body is in a different location, you might be able to fit that to a 2004> engine with a bit of modification to the pipework on the induction kit its self but you wont get it on a <2004 engine
