1.6 16v dynamique - error code p0314

Car suddenly started misfiring and running like a bad of sh**e, engines rocking about wildly at idle also!

Its a 2005 dynamique 1.6 16v k4m jobbie, cheapy code reader says p0314 single cylinder misfire

Suggestions please chaps
