Can anyone tell me where ot find the starter motor ?


If anyone has a Haynes please have a look and let me know Need to give mines a wee dunt

Its at the back of the engine on the drivers side. You have to remove the driver wheel and arch liner to find it.

Cheers edde I need to give it a whack , will i fit underneath to do this

Porbably not its not in the easiest of places to get to. Its worth a try jacking the car up put it on stands and try and get to it but since you need to do this anyway there no reason not to try and do it quicker.
