1.6 > 172 exhaust

Ive removed the Prowler back box Ive had on the car for nearly a year now as I cant stand the noise anymore, even after fitting an extra mid-silencer.
I was just wondering if the box would fit a 172?
The pipe diameter is 40mm.

It wont fit, 172 pipe diameter is 55mm

Oh well, nearly had a buyer there.
Ill try and flog it to a 1.2/1.4/1.6 16v owner, it should fit those.
