1.6 exhaust manifold!!!!!

Does anyone know how much an exhaust manifold for a w reg 1.6 16v should cost?? has anyone changed one and is it a massive pain in the arse or just a small one. cheers

If its like the 172 one and it probbaly is you'll have to drop the subframe an remove it downwards not to easy best to have a garage lift to do it with.
