15" or 16" alloys over uprated discs

Car  Toyota MR2 GT Turbo
Hey sorry if this has been asked before, did do a quick search, but it's 3am and the brain doesn't work very well ;)

I am looking to get some white Turinis for a Mk2 Ph2 2005 1.6 Clio
http://www.wheelbasealloys.com/16_Inch_Speedline_Turini_White_Alloy_Wheels__1834

But I am going to be fitting this: http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=3613&appid=4

At the bottom it says at least 15", but I was wondering if anyone had any experience / recommendations?

15" or 16"? The car will be used on a track.

Cheers

from what i have read people favour the 15 especially for track use (lighter wheel and cheaper tyres)

15s for cheaper tyres and purchase price for the alloys themselves... the brakes you want fit under 15" wheels so 16" is a pointless option imo
