16v heater/air control not turning round fully

I can't think what it's called but the one that changes the air to go to the windscreen or by your feet etc.

Anyway lol....it'll work on the left three settings but won't turn all the way round to the right (think it's the windscreen setting)

Any idea how to fix it? & how easy/hard it is!

Mine was a little bit like that, but it would only just click and hold in place if i really forced it around. No idea why it's like that, but i think they work on some sort of metal cable (a bit like bike brake cables), so maybe they just need greasing up?

Would love to hear how to fix it if you can!
