16v / Williams Box speeds

  Fiat Coupe 20v turbo

My williams has a reciept for a re-con gearbox from a couple of years ago and I didnt think much about it until I tested my car on a private runway recently. At 140 mph my car is revving at around 6700/6800 rpm is this right for a willy box? If the williams top speed is 134 surely it shouldnt hit the normal limiter (I have chip) at around 135 on the clock.

What type of box was the receipt for?

If it said JC5 014/015 or S09 then its a willy box, if it stated a JB3 then its a valver box.

And yes, I can confirm that they will do a genuine 140 (GPSd) but I dunno at what revs lol - Im normally not concentrating on the clocks at that point.

My old Willy 3 pulled a genuine (using gps) 142mph bouncing off the limiter in 5th . Revcounter reading @7500rpm and the speedo was just a dash under 150mph . Standard , apart from Hillpower stage1 mods and decat.
