Philip.........done me research.
The Std cam info for the F4R 730 is:
Lift
In: 10.998mm
Ex: 9.999mm
Timing
De-phased
Lobe 1
IO: -9 (ATDC)
IC: 45
EO: 41
EC: -4 (BTDC)
Lobe 2
IO: -5 (ATDC)
IC: 49
EO: 37
EC: -8 (BTDC)
Phased
Lobe 1
IO: 7
IC: 61
EO: 41
EC: -4 (BTDC)
Lobe 2
IO: 11
IC: 65
EO: 37
EC: -8 (BTDC)
Total duration
Inlet De-phased
Lobe 1: 216
Lobe 2: 224
Inlet Phased
Lobe 1: 248
Lobe 2: 256
Exhaust
Lobe 1: 217
Lobe 2: 209
So that means the VVT gains 32 deg on each cam lobe duration and there is 8 deg diff between lobe 1 and 2, so lobe 1 is the less wild profile, opening before and closing before lobe 2.
Exhaust is constant.
The Schrick cam makes lobe 1 & 2 identicle and is a fair bit wilder.
The Schrick cam info for the F4R 730 is:
Lift
In: 11.42mm
Ex: 11.42mm
Timing
De-phased
IO: 19
IC: 89
EO: 70
EC: 30
Phased
IO: 35
IC: 105
EO: 70
EC: 30
Total duration
Inlet De-phased
288
Inlet Phased
320
Exhaust
280
These are just what i worked out so might not be 100% correct, but the shrick cam looks pretty damn wild when phased!!!!!
Std ex cam is pretty boring..........
I have my rough sketches if you need them.
again, not sure if its 100% right...........but is should be, although its 3am here.
