172 cat removal and refitting?

what tends to need replacing when you are doing this. thinking of having a go at work tommorow but dont want to be un prepeared so do i need to replace any nuts, bolts and gaskets?

Youll need a cat to manifold fitting kit which includes new bolts, nuts, washers and gasket. Also youll prob need cat to centre section gasket and new bolts depending on how rusty they are.
