172 cup door strips..cleaning..arrghh!!

  An orange one

what the hell do i use on my cup rubstrips..whatever i seem to put on them they end up a white streaky mess and completely ruin my nice polished up car..stupid renault and their cost saving ideas :(

I just clean them when I clean the car with my NXT shampoo and wash mitt, and then avoid them when I wax or whatever, always done the job for me.

  1.6 focus zetec....

If your bumprstrips are black like mine then i always back to black em...avoid getting it on the paint work though :D

I actually take mines off the car and use autoglym then polish the rest of the car whilst they are drying - no streaks
