172 cup info

Has anyone got any info on cup that's for sale local to me the reg is SG03TZT just been to try to view it but garage is closed so just had a nose from outside, it looks tidy but has a twin exhaust on it.
It's up for 1500 but ad don't mention service or belts 70k on clock

Does it have a set of phase 1 OZf1 wheels even though it's advertised as having 16" turinis? I tried to buy it about a month ago, offered him £1400 and he wasn't interested as apparently it's already at it's cash price.

When I got back from yours Chi my mate has messaged me and has already started stripping it for me,the only other one I have is £650,it's a cup but I've taken rear spoiler,wheels and front bumper off it
