172 cup RIDE HEIGHT/STIFFNESS ISSUES ??????

Good evening all this is my first confusing problem iv come across and hope someone can help..........

Iv purchased a clio 172 cup end of last year great car ect etc. changed all 4 shocks,balljoints,track rod ends and top mounts. Also changed the springs to cooksport after doing balljoints ect and the car just doesn't seem to be sitting low enough or feel stiff enough.(bit sloppy shall we say)

my mate has the same car 172 cup with cooksport springs and sits lovely and handles a lot better.

Iv been over everything god knows how many times and just cant get my head around it.

if any 1 has any suggestion please let me know,how 2 of the same cars with same suspension can be so different is confusing.

That would leave only the front arms to change then that could cure the sloppyness.

Did you geo it after changeing all the bits?

yeah sent it for a 4 wheel alignment front camber is slightly out and couldn't get it right but close enough, yeah arms are next on the list once I get this ride height sorted and softness
