172 Cup Turinis on a 182 Cup

Lee

  BMW M2C

The Cup gained its wider track from the wheels, the 182 Cup gets it from the hubs. Youll have wider track than both. With standard ride hight you should be okay though with regard to scrubbing.

Hmmmm I wonder if this is a sensible thing to do then? From memory the Trophy uses different hubs to the 182 Cup, perhaps theyre similar to the 172 Cup so the Turinis fit??

As Lee says, the Trophy wheels are the same offset as the 182 ones - so that would probably be a safer bet.

I saw a set of 172 cup turinis and liked the idea of less unsprung weight per corner, guess Ill just have to keep my eyes peeled for a set of Trophy Turinis - Im too tight to spend money on brand new alloys :)
