172 Engine into a RSI?

Just curious if its possible or financially worth it?. To put a 172 Engine into a phase 1 Rsi and if so has anyone done it befor?

Im doing it into a valver, you will need a valver bonnet, need to make up a custom downpipe and decat, adjust the lower rear mount or bracketory slightly, and the hardest part is doing the loom.

Youve got the problem with the ecu having the immobiliser built in, so you've gotto get the ecu reprogrammed without the immobiliser or, wire in the decoder ring and the key to allow the engine to start.

What about into a 2001 rsi? Same kinda thing?

that would be easy(er) as no fabrication would need doing. but at that price you may aswell just buy a psh1 172
