Could anyone tell me whether a ph2 cat back system would fit a ph1?

If there are differences could someone explain what they are.

No the ph2 system will not fit the ph1 as the ph1 has a shorter cat pipe, therefore the phase 2 system will be to short by around 2" as it has a longer cat pipe.
