172 for 182

Car  Mk4 .:R32
I'm thinking of saving up about £2000 and selling my flame red mk2 172, and buying an 05 182. Do you think it's worth it?

not worth it had both and would take my 172 cup anyday over the 182 lol but then again i now have aircon cruise and all the mod cons so unless u want minimal gains wait for the 197 cup

Not at all IMO... My 182 Cup may feel different compared to my old MK1 172but im still not that impressed when i compare it to my old williams!

I'm thinking about swapping my 172 for a 182 in a couple of years. According to Evo mag the 182 is 3 seconds faster to 100 than the 172? Surely thats a noticable difference?
I know its basically the same car but I want racing blue so surely its got to be worth it for the colour alone lol

I am thinking about doing the same thing in a month or so. My reason being that I always wanted a 182 in racing blue or liquid yellow, and I am getting annoyed at keeping a black car clean lol.

Ideally, I could find someone wanting to p/x a 182 for a 172.

Nah, don't wanna be like 90% of all 172 owners lol. Maybe if it was flame red.
