Just heard that Yozza has mounted up an incredible 75000 miles on his 52 plate clio !!!

Can anyone beat this ??? !!!!

Im on target too I think....

My car (182) is almost 8months old and has done 22600miles, going in for its 24k service a week Monday.

also put 9,000 on a clio 16v, 4,000 on a hire car and then another 3000 in the last 18 days on a 1.2 extreme.

there was an MK1 172 with a chunk of miles on it ages ago.

Wayne beats me for milage in his dci - 70,000 in 18/20 months.

Must say since ive de-badged back of mine I get less tailgaters and others trying it on, Bet 1.2 badges have Joe Public wondering what the hells happened when they get done by a 1.2

there was a 172 exclusive on ebay once (Y reg) on about 94k !!
iirc, they wanted 5k for it (from a dealers)

Very true... this mk1 172 my mate had was not that special when it was new, was never as quick as it should be and was down on power on the rollers, however as the miles racked up it got better & better...

2.0ltr Valver is on 52k 10yrs old

172 is on 62k 5yrs old

182 is about to turn to 13k 1yr old
