Just bought an Iceberg silver 172 - so chuffed with it but I am a demanding person and need more!

I fancy an exhaust any decent companies? Fancy a 197 type exhaust with two pipes quite far apart.

What about induction? Anyone looked into this?

Also I have rattle on drivers door that seems to be coming from seat belt pillar at base.

Plus has anyone had problems getting rain sensor to work? Think I may have had controls in wrong position but aint seen them do it themself yet!

  cock mobile.
Rattles are part of owning a french car mate ;)

That type of exhaust is near impossible, would be a LOT of work and money.

Have a search for induction kits mate, forced air ones are the best, but you don't get much from them.

^^^ Agree , if your after a 1 off exhaust these are the guys to see .It also depends on your nearest powerflow outlet . Some aren't as good as others . The guys in Burnley are top notch .

Aye cheers guy's, gonna get a pic of it up on here asap.

Been recomended pro-speed down in cardiff and just looked at web some cool one off's on some clio sports.

Regarding the rattle I m gonna have a go at stripping the seat belt pillar down and tighten it up - probably do more damage than good like!

Anyone had their clio chipped? Does it make a differrence?

Is their any sites that do reg plates?

Yeah I ve sent ange-works an email enquiry.

Anyone replaced the filter element? Been looking at an ITG one on K-tec.

For exhaust one pipe or two? Whats consensus?

Best value for money mod is to get BenR to match your inlet manifold as said above.

stick an ITG pannel filter in the airbox and find yourself a nice sounding exhaust, the Yozzasport ones are a VERY nice piece of kit. you could then get your ECU remaped to take these mods into account.

wouldnt do anymore than that engine wisereally unless you want to spend serious ammounts of money

the best mods you can do to these cars are suspension and brakes. either go the full way with a set of Coilovers £500+ or even just a set of Eibach springs which make it sit slightly lower and handle much better, Apex also do -40mm springs which make it sit very low and handle a bit better!

a set of uprated brake pads and disks (not really sure what people use on them these days?) with a set of braided brake hoses and some new brake fluid and it will stop nicely :)
